Touring Hotel

We stayed one night at the hotel, great experience, air-conditioned rooms and great welcome. We spent an evening themed pool party organized by the animation Hakuna Matata. I would especially like to congratulate the three animators Michele, Delia and Bea for the fantastic organization of the evening, very nice, friendly and pleasant choice of music

Search reviews Franco Sax 1/5 3 days ago on Google Luckily I was only one night, very small room for four people, even there was a door that communicated with the fungus room, cleanliness less than zero a total disgust, as for breakfast we arrive in the room and there were no staff to welcome customers, to find someone I went to the kitchen, where the employees were chatting tranquilmetne among themselves without caring about customers, very poor breakfast, even missing the croissants because they were finished and we had to wait 25 minutes because they had to bake, and finally a lady comes to the table taking the order, so if I wanted more than a coffee and a croissant was not possible. I'm just saying, that place is a total squalor, maybe if they close they look better.

We went to this property as a group of 4 couples from 3 to 10 September. What can I say, a structure that has potential, but at the moment leaves a lot to be desired. Cleanliness in the room very superficial, in a week never washed in the bathroom, cleaning in the restaurant same as the days not even swept the floor. Ultimately they should put more care into cleaning throughout the facility. The food without infamy and without praise is adequate for the structure. The animation is a positive note. Although there were only three of them, Christian (with an "h"), Federico and Gaia, who knew how to entertain adults and children, always involving us with a smile on their faces. Well done guys, keep it up.
