Perfect location, a stone's throw from the center of Otranto but isolated from any potential noise. Property excellently renovated, clean, and where all the staff strive to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The agreement with an external parking lot, a 5-minute walk away at a very advantageous price, is useful. Excellent choice for breakfast with homemade desserts. Nothing negative, a special thanks to Simona and all her colleagues in the dining area, both in the morning and in the evening!!

We spent 3 days of vacation in this place but we found, first point, a room called a superior deluxe room that was a hole. Terrible room cleanliness with ants in the room for 3 consecutive days. Shower that flooded and leaked from everywhere, forming a lake. Door with a lock to be repaired and we could not lock it with the deadbolts. Really disappointed…

The second year we have stayed in this "splendid location" where everything is perfect, the welcome... the breakfast masterfully organized by the delightful Adele together with her colleagues, the spa... with the professional Alessia, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, and the courtesy of all the guys at the reception, all this makes you feel pampered from the beginning to the end of the stay. It's a shame that you can only give five stars because for us they are at least ten... Heartfelt thanks ❤️
