Final report after 1 week:
Excellent food, I would say; personally, I always ate fish cooked in various ways, if not for lunch, I ate it for dinner.
Excellent pasta, considering the suppliers who brought products, but not only that, fresh vegetables with real flavor, not supermarket quality; the vegetable buffet and more was very abundant.
I am responding to some complaints I read before starting the vacation from people who were complaining because there was food left over from the day before........I don't see what is wrong with that when the food is good and fresh, like fish cooked with certain succulent sauces and revisited the next day but put together with the mixed vegetable buffet, etc. For example, I liked it a lot the day before and went back for more the following day, noting that the main dishes are changed every day regardless of the buffet, which is an extra thing and separate if one (manages to eat it, given the huge portions); I had never seen my son get up 4 times to get the same pasta with fish.
Anyway, no one is forcing you to take a dish from the vegetable buffet. The main dishes are always there and change daily; what does it matter if you find the extras in the buffet? At your house, if you make a baking dish of eggplant parmesan, given the work that goes into it, do you eat half and throw the other half away?
Moving on to the beach: the shuttle that goes back and forth to the private beach 150 m away is convenient; let's say that even without the shuttle, those meters are useful for digestion......(P.s. a greeting to the ferryman Leonardo, who has immense patience when he sees guests arguing over seats.)
BUT WALK, SO YOU BURN
AND 50 CALORIES........so upon returning you can tell your colleagues that you went on thrilling excursions........
Umbrellas that don't have the distance between them as we understand it in Romagna, probably because the beach is not very large and it is right that everyone has their own umbrella, but it is not a problem anyway since the water is splendid, even when the sea is rough, and most of the time is spent in the water between swimming and using the free canoes and pedal boats offered by the property itself.
The beach bar is also convenient with various free drinks, also offered in the soft inclusive......very sugary, but you can get by with fresh water.......
I am giving 4 stars and not 5 because, being in the detached part of the hotel, the so-called paradise rooms, the cleaning was there but let's not say excellent, given a stain that remained in the bidet for 3 days and the sweeping in the room, given the sand that is brought in from the sea, was not always done, unlike the mopping which was done daily.
Fresh towels every day and beds properly made with a change of sheets mid-week.
All in all the vacation was excellent, the children were almost crying about returning.
P.s. the only hotel I know, and I've been to quite a few, where lunch is included in the price upon departure in addition to breakfast, even though you leave the rooms by 10 a.m.
Excellent.......unfortunately we had a long trip to make so it was not possible to take advantage of the offered lunch but by asking at reception it is possible when booking to move that lunch to the arrival one which would not be included......let's say useful for next time since upon arrival I had to stop at a trattoria and spent almost 80 euros for 4 people for 3 first courses and 1 cutlet, 1 water and 1/4 of white wine.
