Really disappointing experience Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. First of all, the choice and availability of food were practically disgust, hot pasta and low quality so that for a week I had to take blank pasta. Even the animation for the little ones was completely absent, despite expecting an adequate service to families, indeed the animation three guys who instead of doing their job I was there to spend some time and relax, taking a swim in the pool among other things. Ps if you go with your children I recommend you bring your grandparents so it is sure they will be safe and have fun. The rooms were also not as clean as you would expect from an accommodation: we found dirt and a general lack of care, also The situation became even more absurd when they made us leave our luggage in the room despite the fact that it had not yet been cleaned. We even found the sheets used by previous customers still present on the bed. This is an unacceptable situation and demonstrates a total lack of attention to hygiene and the customer. To further worsen the experience was the reception, really bad and not at all friendly. At check-in we were even asked to pay the balance immediately, giving the impression of an economic issue rather than a concern for the guest. Overall, a very negative experience and definitely not up to expectations. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it, especially to families.

Beautiful vacation, comfortable, clean hotel with excellent cuisine, friendly and attentive staff always ready to respond to every need, convenient location also for the shuttle service and beach with all the services described on the site. Will I go back? Yes, definitely!!!!!

Not a luxurious hotel, average, but with the stated services. The beach leased to the facility is managed by rude staff and does not have canoes. Every room, even if it is a quadruple, only has a cot and a lounge chair; even for a fee, it did not have equipment for everyone. The quality of the food is sufficient and sometimes mediocre. Not because of the kitchen, but because of the management.
