Hotel Pineta Wellness & Spa

Pleasant stay with a special thank you to Giovanni and Arianna who, with their exquisite availability, courtesy, and great professionalism, made breakfast a moment of true relaxation, making us feel in a familiar environment but always with the precise rigor of their professional duty! Thank you Giovanni and Arianna.....for us the best!!

I booked a room at Hotel Pineta for my guests, and when I asked them, "How was your stay?" Answer: GREAT, very kind staff, maximum privacy, 10/10 cleanliness, and top-notch services. I RECOMMEND IT.

Hotel Pineta Ruvo Di Puglia Beautiful hotel, poorly maintained, deplorable breakfast and restaurant 1067644295 On paper, it is a very beautiful hotel. Well-located in a quiet area away from tourist spots, it theoretically offers everything one expects from a hotel of this level! But what a disappointment afterward! Park and pool dirty and poorly maintained... What a shame to see these grounds with poorly watered plants, this pool without maintenance (in 5 days, not once did anyone come to at least use a skimmer to clean the water surface, and no robot or equipment to clean the surfaces). There is a nice bar, but never anyone there. We had a suite right next to the hotel; it was relatively clean and pleasant (aside from the privacy on the terrace), but it was impossible to shower properly due to very low water pressure. But compared to the breakfasts and the restaurant, all of this is just a detail! How can they dare to serve a breakfast with such low-end and unvaried products in a hotel of this class? And worse, how does a head chef dare to send out dishes that are so poorly prepared, with no taste or presentation? A 12-year-old child would do better... Everything we were served wouldn't even deserve to be served in a prison cafeteria, shameful! And when I see certain identical comments that are several years old, I tell myself that they are really making fun of the customers. It really reeks of a lack of staff and deplorable overall management. Also note the unpleasant behavior of one of the breakfast or restaurant waitresses... A smile doesn't cost much and the customers are not responsible for the problems the staff faces with their employer...
