An impeccable stay from every point of view. Here are my scores in detail: Cleanliness & Spaces: 10/10 — Splendid place, extremely well-kept and with ample space. Large and spotless rooms, with a simply stunning en-suite bathroom. Pools always clean and with staff constantly present and attentive. Organization: 10/10 — Management of the property truly at the TOP. Dining: 10/10 — Excellent food and far too abundant for my habits! Dinners always different and a fantastic breakfast, rich in fresh, quality products. A special round of applause for the Breakfast An honorable mention goes to pastry chef Luca Chiriacò, master chocolatier and expert in the art of confectionery, who prepares pasticciotti live before the guests' eyes. All the morning cakes are made directly by him for the customers: a unique level of freshness and mastery! A note of merit for the Staff I want to mention with much affection Cristina, an intern in the dining room whom I nicknamed "Soriso" (with the Roman 'r'!): there wasn't a single day that she didn't serve us with contagious kindness and a smile. Sincere compliments to the parents for how they raised her. Finally, a huge round of applause to the resort's Human Resources department. All the employees — and I emphasize all, from the gardeners to the cleaning staff — possess a rare kindness. There are two possibilities: either there is extraordinary training work behind it, or they are valued with a fair contract. Or, most likely, both. I will definitely return!

I had the pleasure of using the Spa service and the massage with Ms. Anna several times, and every experience was always up to expectations, with truly excellent service quality. Ms. Anna's professionalism, competence, kindness, and attention to the customer are qualities that make a difference. She is a true professional and certainly represents an added value for the Spa. The attention to detail and the quality of the massage are always impeccable. A wellness experience that I highly recommend: Spa service 10 out of 10!

I return every year to this place because by now it feels like home to me. The welcome and the services are always prompt and excellent. I thank Giada at the reception and the rest of the staff (forgive me if I don't remember every single name!): from the kind and always available housekeepers, to the breakfast and pool staff, to the chef, the kitchen, and the pastry chef... all phenomenal and impeccable. A special mention this year also goes to the entertainment girls, Giulia and Sabrina, who were very good at involving my son and the other guests with the pool games. Highly recommended property.
