HOTEL PALME GEMELLE

We were satisfied, the rooms were spacious and very clean.. everyone was very kind, it is a quiet hotel and our furry friends are welcome, the breakfast is delicious😉

We only stayed a few days but we had a great time, quiet, far from the chaos, the rooms clean and spacious and fragrant. Excellent welcome for our four-legged friends. I read in past reviews that the entrance gate was closed, and it is true, but for every room a key is provided that allows opening at any hour you wish to return. The pool is ok, the lifeguard is always present and attentive. Only note, something more in the breakfast buffet and a shuttle service to the beach would be really convenient. Overall, however, an excellent choice also for the location: halfway between Vieste and Peschici.

Netti1/5a moment ago on Google We arrived at this property to spend 4 days (3 nights) of vacation in Vieste, with many expectations. The exterior of the property did not disappoint us, the pool is cute and the common areas are clean enough. Daniele at the reception was very kind, he assisted us with patience already during the booking phase and welcomed us with kindness. The problems started upon delivery of the room, the junior suite which had absolutely nothing of a suite! As soon as we opened the door, besides the stale smell of the environment, we were greeted by locks of hair everywhere and dirt all over. I want to point out that we got the room later precisely because, according to them, there was a need for a more thorough cleaning which, however, was absolutely not done. Under the beds we found pieces of nibbled snacks (pretzels), a dirty inflatable ball full of hair, a dirty table, and a cabinet full of dust. Bathroom floor dirty and clumps of hair rolled up in the bath mat as well as hair scattered on the beds. I went to the reception to complain about the situation and asked Daniele to come and see the situation for himself; obviously he was speechless, he apologized and requested an intervention from the cleaning ladies. One of the two, clearly annoyed by the matter, after saying she had little time to clean, claimed that the room was not that dirty after all. They cleaned up, but the result was not even remotely satisfactory. I returned to the reception to complain again about this situation, representing the great discomfort that my family and I were in; the other receptionist justified herself by saying that the facility's standard is very high and that it is the first time something like this has happened, but I can assure you that that was not just daily "dirt" but an accumulation of months of neglect. I will not comment on the state of the bathroom and kitchen or the aesthetics of the room, because I knew I was not in a 5*, I only asked for a clean and sanitized room in which to spend a few days with my children. I spent one night and the next day we left despite the "promise" that if we had stayed the room would have been turned upside down to be cleaned better..terrible timing!! the room should have been cleaned upon handing over the keys, not because we complained. Perhaps the standard they talk about at the facility's reception is not adequate to mine, I don't know, I only know that they ruined my vacation!! the only positive note is the kindness of Daniele whom I thank for his understanding.
