Hotel Yria

My husband and I were guests at this property at the end of August; the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The property is recent and as soon as you entered you could perceive it even from the decor and the choice of colorful flowers that gave that extra touch to the hotel. Just outside the gate you could access the pool reserved only for hotel guests, small but very beautiful. The chairs and lounge chairs were made of straw and very comfortable; as for the breakfast, it was abundant and very varied for all tastes (we even found bruschetta in the morning!) Cozy and clean room, we had a large terrace that overlooked the sea, a breathtaking view. I recommend this property 100%, you will not regret it. Vittoria and Francesco from Rome

Very small pool, sparse and absolutely disappointing breakfast for a 4-star hotel, with disposable tablecloths... reused and dirty! The room, at least that, was okay.

I requested the cancellation of the reservation and a refund for health reasons. The situation was communicated by phone and I reported the availability of a medical certificate to support the request. The cancellation request was subsequently forwarded via Booking.com as well. To that request, as far as I am concerned, I have not received a response. I also sent an email to the property, without receiving a response. Consequently, despite having communicated the situation promptly and having tried to use different contact channels, I did not obtain the requested refund nor a response to the communications sent. These are the facts related to my experience, which I can document through the communications made. For this reason, based on what happened, I do not recommend Hotel Yria and I would not choose this property again. Negative experience and customer service, as far as I am concerned, unsatisfactory.
