Very beautiful property in an optimal position for the beaches, for reaching the center on foot in the evening, and near the port for boat excursions. Room a little small but super functional with a comfortable balcony with a sea view. Super top breakfast. Impeccable supervision by the owner, who is always present and always ready to give advice and suggestions.

I can only write good things about this hotel located in Vieste in a strategic position, near the center, near the beach, and parking. Let's start with the welcome... excellent and professional. The room was clean with a small terrace overlooking the pool. Comfortable, functional bathroom. Efficient air conditioning. Breakfast is until 12, a brunch that allows you to eat plenty of local products and desserts prepared by the chef. The products are good, some however do not excel in taste but that's okay. A few minor oversights regarding cleanliness (some used water bottles left in the room and in the fridge) and it was too hot in the breakfast room due to the lack of air conditioning. It remains a good property to consider for future vacations in Vieste.

Excellent location. Spotless hotel, excellent breakfast. Excellent welcome. Returned for the second consecutive year and fully satisfied.
