Villa Cheta Hotel & Restaurant

We spent a week at Villa Cheta. The property is very well-maintained, the staff is kind and attentive, always ready to welcome you with a smile. A type of welcome that is truly unique to find. A special note of merit to the dining room staff, excellently led by Angela, who takes care of her guests with kindness, care, and friendliness. The location of the property is strategic for being able to visit the various most characteristic beaches a few km away. We highly recommend it

The villa is very beautiful, furnished with period furniture and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff is attentive and kind. Unfortunately it is far from the sea because the nearest beach, which is not even very beautiful, is mostly occupied by an expensive beach club and is reachable through a tiring staircase. The room was a bit disappointing, we expected a garden view since they had told us it overlooked the terraced part of the garden. Unfortunately the view was of the hedge and the wall of the nearby building. I would also give a low score to the catering. We tasted the “Lagane with chickpeas” but the pasta was so stuck together that it had to be cut with a knife, a sandwich at the pool that if I remember correctly (because one tends to erase bad memories) was “egg, green apple and beetroot”, taken out of curiosity and it was one of the most traumatizing experiences ever lived in terms of food. The breakfast is average but managed very well by the dining room manager. The pool is small but pleasant given the distance from the sea.

Enchanting Art Nouveau villa that catapults you into the early 1900s. Nothing left to chance, attention to detail in every corner, all with a breathtaking view. Breakfast and dinner served on elegant terraces while admiring the sea, and then another protagonist is the cuisine, studied and prepared by expert hands and with particular attention also to everyone's dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free). A thank you to the staff, for their kindness and friendliness. We will return to visit you with pleasure. Giovanni.
