Il Piccolo Albergo

A truly positive experience. The owner of the establishment, Fabio, is welcoming, helpful, sociable, and competent. The establishment is located in the center, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended.

A centrally located hotel in Matera, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Good breakfast available on-site, although not included in the room rate, at a cost of 10 euros per person. It does not have parking, which could be the only downside.

Excellent location, right next to the Sassi. A small room, but very clean. Sharon's suggestions were invaluable; she booked us a guided tour and recommended two places where we could eat truly excellent food. Fabio, the owner, has a unique charm. I would recommend it without a doubt. Thank you for enhancing this stay in Matera, which seems to have come out of a fairy tale. Dusolina and Mauro
