I stayed at Hotel Heraclea and I had a really good time. Well-kept environment, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. You can perceive attention toward the customer and a desire to offer a pleasant experience. Recommended both for those looking for a few days of relaxation and for those who want a welcoming and well-organized facility. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and comfortable, but a special note goes to the cuisine: truly excellent, with well-prepared dishes, high quality, and service to match. You can perceive attention both in the welcome and in the gastronomic proposal. Kind and helpful staff.

Excellent facility, helpful staff, beautiful and clean rooms. The pool is beautiful, but it needs more pest control in the surrounding areas, because it is full of mosquitoes, in fact I was able to use it little, because I had many bites. Too bad

We were at this property with friends and family the experience was really very positive and beautiful ..the stay was very relaxing, the property although not recent is family-run from the start you perceive the attention to the customer and the care of the property: the rooms completely renovated are very comfortable and very clean, the external and internal common areas are less recent but very large and comfortable. it has a spa area that we did not use but which seems to be very beautiful ..the restaurant room is a bit classic but very elegant and spacious with excellent cuisine with table service. a beautiful pool with garden and padel courts adjacent to the property. the sea nearby a few minutes walk ..we had a really great time the dining room staff was all very polite and friendly but the honorable mention goes to Alessandro at the bar with his friendliness and sweetness and to the third generation of the hotel Francesco who welcomed and pampered us and who best embodies the continuity of this family tradition of hospitality that knows how to make the guest feel at home ..
