I stayed at this hotel for the Lucania Is Comics fair. Nothing to object to the location of the hotel, very close to the historic center. The room the only flaw I feel to report was a window in the bathroom that you could not open otherwise excellent. What makes me assign 1 to Service is the absolutely inappropriate behavior of the owner who gets too familiar which made us uncomfortable especially during breakfast, with absolutely inappropriate comments about the weight of one of the guests. The old town from the hotel is absolutely within walking distance, as long as you take some stairs or uphill roads. The breakfast very poor, but for the discomfort that puts the owner (who is also prepares coffee or cappuccino) you will pass the desire to make it.

The hotel is centrally located and tastefully decorated. Roberto, at the reception, was extremely friendly and helpful. He always helped us and we could call him whenever we had a question.

I've never had such an experience. Arrived at the hotel with a friend around 3 pm we find at the reception a sign “between 13 and 16 we are closed”! After a trip from Rome and with the heat imagine the bewilderment when moreover he had not warned us of this thing in the phone calls made to book! When the owner finally arrives to our grievances he reacts aggressively by shouting and saying that that was his house and that we had to do what he said! At that point we also reacted badly and he literally kicked us out of the hotel! I also insulted him and demanded the return of the money by threatening to go to the police. The guy who answers to Roberto Quintana's name pretended to make a wire transfer that never arrived! For me, 90 euros more or less does not make a difference but he remains an unqualified person and not only: I leave it to you to label a person who appropriates your money after pretending to return it without having provided the requested Service or rather having put you in difficulty. Fortunately we found a place in another structure but with 4 stars. That'd be denounceable! I have already wasted too much time but I recommend: stay away from this structure. It is cheap but worth nothing!! Moreover it is uncomfortable with a staircase to access and it is all of an unspeakable squalor! proof that this review is true I can provide it with the bank transfer made and never returned and the receipt of payment made at another property on Saturday, July 5. We waited days to publish this review while waiting (vain ) for the transfer.
