Vescovo Rosso

I was in this b&b I found it delicious clean and very kind staff great location cute grz

Unfortunately the stay at this property was disappointing in every respect. Despite initial promises to make us "feel at home", reality has been the opposite. Here are the main points of our bad experience: Hygiene and Cleanliness: When we returned in the afternoon, the rooms were still dirty and had not been redone, despite some of us leaving at 7am. More seriously, we were without toilet paper and had to make up for it with personal tissues. Linen Management: On return we did not have clean towels. Out of necessity, we had to get some from an open closet located inside our room (without any prohibition sign or lock). Instead of receiving an apology for the disservice, we were reprimanded by the owner who even threatened to ask us for a supplement. Inadequate breakfast: We were 15 people, but the assortment was embarrassing: just two tarts of dubious freshness for the whole group. If the property is unable to handle large numbers, it should honestly communicate this instead of including in the price a service it does not offer. Maintenance and Personnel: The shower siphon was broken, causing water to leak everywhere. The single bed, was not a real bed but a sofa bed, extremely hard and uncomfortable. In addition, privacy was constantly violated: intrusive cleaning staff, knocked and opened the door while we slept. Hallways soaked in smoke, caused by the cleaners themselves. Administrative Management: The owner was totally absent, both on arrival and departure. We had to handle the payment via POS ourselves because the delegated staff was unable to use it. To conclude, bad service and total lack of attention to the customer, without even an apology for the many inconveniences suffered.
