Hotel Guglielmo

Great hotel, perfect in everything, from the comfortable bed to the Spa, where we had a great time, the staff very kind and very welcoming. Everything perfect

Arriving at the hotel in the late afternoon, we changed clothes and went out for dinner. Back in the late evening, we went to bed and after a while we found the presence of crumbs (perhaps bread) and some grains between the sheets. Being very late we avoided calling reception to report the seriousness of what happened (certainly the sheets had not been changed), which we did the next morning. The receptionist not only did not apologize but she did not even show any surprise regarding what we manifested. Even the director, contacted by us the next day given the total disinterest shown after our complaints, has shown that she does not know how to handle these situations adequately and with the right professionalism. Experience not to be repeated

The cleanliness of the rooms very good, the service quite good, but it lagged a lot in the breakfast. Very poor breakfast, there were not enough to serve all customers,
