Stunning resort, spacious rooms with a private balcony, sometimes as it happened to us with a beach view, the reception only had one person for check-in and check-out with a line of even 20 min. The food is always the same and to get food a mile-long line, the staff with the entertainment was excellent, recommended for families with children. The Wi-Fi doesn't pick up at all. Service and beach terrible. Umbrellas attached and for 3 people one sunbed and one deckchair. Do you want to laugh? Lunch, if you want to have it before leaving, is 20 euros per person, pure madness after we shelled out a lot of money 💰

I strongly advise against this Fruit Village brand resort due to the total disorganization in managing reservations. I booked and paid for a Superior room in advance, trusting the brand and expecting the level of comfort promised at the time of purchase. Upon my arrival, a terrible surprise: the Superior room was not available. Without protection and without a real justification from the Fruit Village management, I was literally downgraded and placed in a Standard room. The handling of the problem by the Fruit staff was disappointing, superficial, and lacking in empathy. Selling rooms that you do not have available is unfair business practice. Fruit Village proved to be totally inadequate in guaranteeing the services sold and in managing the customer. I will initiate legal proceedings. Only Francesca, within her capabilities, tried to remedy the situation, but unfortunately, the problem was unsolvable. Repetitive cuisine, only one station, it looks like an old barracks canteen. A spectacular sea and excellent location. The entertainment team are all kids who do their best with few resources at their disposal.
