Borgo Di Fiuzzi Resort & Spa

This is the fifth consecutive year that we have chosen a TH Resort for our vacations, and precisely because of the consistently positive experiences we have had in the past, we are deeply disappointed by what we encountered on this occasion. The property appears poorly maintained, with outdoor areas that show insufficient upkeep. The poor care of the lawn also encouraged the presence of numerous insects, compromising the comfort of the guests. The service offered by the staff, particularly that of the bar, also appeared well below the standards to which TH Resort had accustomed us. The staff often appeared unhelpful, with a listless attitude and, on several occasions, intent on using their cell phones during service. In many years of staying at your resorts, we had never encountered a similar situation. Added to this are numerous shortages in the bar's offerings: widely consumed products such as Coca-Cola, lemonade, tonic water, and Aperol were unavailable, all of which are services included in the package purchased and already fully paid for at the time of booking. A further element of significant inconvenience is the absence of a POS terminal, which makes it impossible to make payments by card. At the same time, cash payments are not accepted, creating a paradoxical and decidedly inadequate situation for an accommodation facility. In conclusion, we believe that the experience we had was well below the standards we expected from TH Resort. If this had been our first vacation with your chain, in all likelihood we would not have chosen a TH Resort again for our future stays. We trust that this report will be taken into due consideration so that concrete measures are adopted to restore the level of quality that has always distinguished the TH Resort brand.

Absolutely a 5-star experience!! Location, entertainment, and dining fully satisfied us. A round of applause in particular to the entertainment staff who didn't let us get bored even for a minute. We especially thank Fabio, Ugo, Martina, Alessio, Victor, Marco Aurelio, Sofia, and Michelle who entertained us and accompanied us throughout the week❤️ Another fundamental piece is our "crazy" Musa in the dining room, truly professional and great company! We hope to return and find the same staff!!

Engaging vacation. We had a very good time. The pool was nice and the sea was calm and clean. Compliments to the cleaning staff and the entertainers!!!
