Hotel Zilema

⸻ My experience at this property was unfortunately negative. Since my arrival I have encountered several problems: the television was not working, the phone in the room was out and, despite the reports, no one bothered to resolve the situation during the stay.

Experience below expectations The room had some problems (television and telephone not working) that were not solved during the stay. Staff courteous but not attentive to requests. I hope they can improve Service Management.

Great reception from the receptionist but the cleanliness is not the best indeed dust everywhere on the phone in the bathroom behind the bedside tables, broken shower cubicle, bathroom faucet dripped, fridge inside with bad smell and all yellowed crumbs in the bedside tables the most absurd thing in breakfast including only one drink (if you want more coffee you pay separately) working in this area and turning many hotels what never seen breakfast buffet really poor do not have The salty corner with cold cuts etc. do not have available nor less milk without lactose or vegetable milk .... Recommendation to care a little more about cleaning
