Villa Italia Bed And Breakfast

Bad experience and little seriousness. Booked months in advance with a deposit but the day before the arrival date I am informed that the reservation is not shown and that the room is not available. But only because I had taken care to contact them to communicate the arrival time. Incredible but true! The proposed alternative is shown in the photo.

Spent a week here. We had a room on the first floor with a walk up loft bed. The B&B is well located, near the main piazza and a short walk to all the restaurants and top of the stairs to the beaches. All we can say is that the staff were all marvellous. Friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. As with all period villas, there's some minor issues but where it counts, staff, breakfast, location this ticks all of the boxes. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and Interactions with lovely people.

I stayed only for 1 night in the b & b Villa Vittoria. Convenient location, rather clean room, but where a full-length mirror was missing and the maid had forgotten to provide the toilet paper bath. Particularly unacceptable and annoying was, however, the rude behavior of one of the waitresses (middle-aged blonde lady) during breakfast on 9/18 because I would have sat at a table of six and not two (that night it had rained and I had avoided the chairs by the canopy that had not been dried), so I was "scolded" with sufficiency and rudeness. The same waitress gave that morning Equal Processing to a foreign guest who was trying to make a coffee. Moreover, while I had finally settled into a place of her liking, I was disturbed by the loud speeches of the waitress in question who, together with a colleague, criticized someone (I think customers who had left a window open). When I travel I love peace and quiet, so I will avoid this b&b in the future. I don't recommend it.
