Aer Hotel Phelipe

AWFUL!!!!! TO BE CLOSED!!!! We stayed for just one night because we were just passing through. Shabby, poorly maintained overall, but the room was clean. They gave us the wrong room and it was not possible to change it because it was "a colleague's mistake"; the toilet seat was broken, there were no accessories in the bathroom, and we had to ask for body wash/soap. The highlight was the practically nonexistent shower/bath water. We asked, and the response was "the municipality at this hour, randomly, lowers the water pressure, you have to wait 10 minutes" (in reality, it was not low pressure but a total lack of water). After more complaints, they activated what I believe is the water pump or something similar. The same thing happened the following morning, no water!!!! Once again, we went to the reception, and magically, it was also the designated hour by the municipality to lower the pressure! It is definitely a plumbing issue, and they make up the story about the municipality...... BREAKFAST: ASTOUNDING....everything was very improvised, opened packages of bread left there, everyone served themselves with their hands (in the absence of tongs or utensils), jam in the dispenser bottle was finished, the guy opened the jar and served us the jam "digging" at the bottom of the jar. All empty croissants, juices served in a shabby manner in glass bottles that were not sealed to be opened at the moment, a tray with sliced ham from which people served themselves with their hands....ASTOUNDING!!!!!!!

Convenient from the airport is a three star with many merits. Clean, courteous staff, decent breakfast on dessert

Excellently located between airport and centre and rail. Large rooms with plenty of towels. Warm in winter. Pleasant staff. Good WiFi. Quiet neighbourhood. Recommended.
