Villaggio La Pizzuta

Fairly well-kept resort, excellent cuisine, strategic location, the only bad and negative thing is that with full board you cannot pay separately for bottles of water, quite shameful..but otherwise an excellent resort

We vacationed at this beautiful property where the staff was always friendly and very kind, a special round of applause dedicated to Francesca (I don't remember her last name) who was great last night in fulfilling all our requests, and in particular bread and oil, we hope to repeat this wonderful stay.

We just spent 10 days at Pizzuta. An enchanting garden with a spectacular stretch of coast. Unfortunately, the charm of the place, the good food, and the kindness of the waiters and bartenders do not compensate for the countless inconveniences. Specifically: - only 1 key for a quadruple room (the village is small, but the distances are challenging because they are uphill); - problems with the linen change, one evening it was delivered to us at 8 PM following our request; - we did not have a phone to communicate with the reception; - we were unable to open the window; - the only possibility to hang swimsuits to dry was to use dirty chairs placed in the hallway not exposed to the sun (see photo); - beach towels, on the other hand, we could dry using dirty lines placed inside the parking lot (see photo); - the shuttle service is guaranteed for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 in the afternoon; - the beach service is disappointing, we booked the umbrella at 8 AM and upon our arrival at the beach at 9:30 AM it was not available (!) we had to wait under the sun. We tried to kindly represent our inconveniences, but we were not listened to until we got angry. The management apologized, but did not resolve, if not partially, the inconveniences. A real shame because the staff works with passion, but certain shortcomings are unacceptable.
