I am currently staying at this property with my family, room 236, with an arrival date of August 7. Until the evening of August 11, our experience had been overall positive and we were quite satisfied with the property. Unfortunately, during dinner on August 11, a very serious incident occurred that completely changed our assessment of the stay. The glass used by our approximately 20-month-old baby shattered while she had it to her mouth, resulting in the suspected ingestion of a glass fragment. I was the one who immediately called 118. Our daughter was then transported by ambulance to the Emergency Room in Vibo Valentia, where she underwent a pediatric examination and the tests deemed necessary. Beyond the accident itself, what left us particularly bitter was the subsequent management of the emergency. In a situation involving such a small child, we would have expected much more present and concrete assistance from the facility. After the tests, in the middle of the night, we also had to organize ourselves independently to find a taxi and return to the hotel. Before this episode, we were quite happy with the stay, and it is precisely for this reason that what happened, and especially the management of the emergency, disappointed us so deeply. Our stay is still ongoing. We therefore hope that the management will take the incident seriously, carefully verify what happened, and contact us directly to provide an appropriate response.

Very beautiful place with a spectacular view! Very clean and with a wonderful garden! Certainly the most beautiful place in the area!

We stayed at this property on the sea, a complex that overlooks the Coast of the Gods (exactly Tono beach); relaxation is certainly guaranteed both on the beach (private beach available, reachable on foot directly from the Resort) and by the pool (salt water). The offer is completed by a gym and the spa with 4 heated pools, a Turkish bath, and an emotional shower with a cozy herbal tea area for the well-being of its clients. The restaurants are also up to the standard of the property with kind and professional staff. Room with a perfect temperature and a large, functional bathroom. Negative points: - little information (e.g., presence of a double covered parking lot, how any excursions to Tropea and/or surrounding areas work, how the beach towel service works in case of early return during the day the service is paid, how the spa works you need to ask and book, etc.) - staff; young and willing, more should be invested in training because otherwise the quality might not be guaranteed in the medium to long term. In general, however, a very positive experience to be repeated, carefully evaluating the period and the price.
