Very beautiful area! And so all the positive things are said. The food is awful. The staff will not communicate in anything other than Italian. We are standing in line as Danes, and an Italian comes and they are served first. Then, when it is ordered, the glass is placed very dramatically on the table so that it sloshes over. They are far from friendly. Not a smile. There are very few employees who can smile. Unreasonably loud music is played from 10:00 to 24:00 every single day. The average noise level by the pool is over 88 dB. Note the average!!!! It is simply impossible to sit and read a book or a magazine. The noise is unbearable. It is not possible to sit outside to eat despite the view. But on the other hand, you can eat your food in a room where the acoustics are so poor that it is not possible to have a conversation during the meal either. Only water or wine is served. It is not possible for children to get anything other than water for food. The four stars the hotel has are probably something they assigned themselves. From where we live up to the restaurant there are 119 steps and 4 steep roads. It's okay if you have to train your glutes and legs. But their arrogance is overwhelming. We have never been to a place where the staff was so dull and somewhat rude. Any festival will be jealous of this volume level. And note that it is not noise from playing children or traffic, it is noise they create themselves with very strange entertainment and loud, loud music 14 hours a day. Save your money and find another hotel. It is practically impossible to get from here - you have to go to the train station, it costs 300 kr for 3 km.

Positive experience, beautiful place, spectacular entertainment; it is suggested to pay a little more attention to intolerances, however, the dining was also good, a fantastic experience

So beautiful that I already want to go back… Dreamy place, property located in a strategic position, from any angle you can admire an indescribable panorama…Caribbean sea with the Aeolian Islands skyline 🫶. Sensational room, enjoying that view in the shower is an indescribable added value. Excursion center among the best I have known: well done Alessia. Entertainment: where Stefano Pavoni is, there is no competition; he is everywhere with a clinical eye, ensuring that every guest is satisfied. Sports = Francesca: engaging, professional, unstoppable. Yuri: future Fiorello. Very talented TSL…top-notch music. Spa: truly spectacular (it should be promoted more)…fantastic massage with Assunta. Boutique: very well-stocked and in a top location, too bad it is closed in the evening, suggestion to go back to doing boutique fashion shows in the village. Reception: compliments to Ferdinanda and her girls. The entire dining room staff is attentive: well done to the maitre d's, Maria, Alessandra, and Nadia, who are nothing short of wonderful. The small square in front of the reception…a jewel box…for next year it would be nice to have the bar open and use it more. The gym is very well equipped. The little train that leads to the beach: super service…a greeting to Romano who accompanied us several times with the golf cart when the shuttle was busy.
