Fattoria Stocchi

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Castiglione Cosentino train station, and not too far from the University. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the grounds are nice with a garden, pool, and library (I got the best WiFi connection from sitting in the library rather than in my room). They also serve a free breakfast of delicious fresh pastries, bread, cheese and meat, fruit, juice and coffee. The staff here is also very kind and accommodating. They treated us like we were guests in their home, very warm and welcome.

Very nice people, the staff, especially Donatella. The service is up there with the best of hotels. Nice and clean rooms, green scenery. I stayed at first for five days in a single room and then requested for additional two days in a double room of which I was given a considerable discount. Unfortunately I was in a hurry on that rainy morning when I checked-out and I mistakenly took the room key with me. I hope you guys forgive me. I will certainly stay there again in the future.

The place has it's own character surrounded by lot of flowers and trees. IOt has it's calm and inspiring look. My room had a huge terrace were is possible to enjoy the warm quite night. It is not far from the Highway. I would recommend it to any one. It is a simple place with lot of southern charm.
