The property shows signs of poor maintenance. While the staff is generally courteous and the food is of average quality, the most serious issue is the excessive noise. The hotel regularly hosts weddings, parties, and birthday celebrations, with loud music continuing until 4–5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Complaints to the staff do not lead to any resolution; the response is dismissive, as if the request were unreasonable or as you are asking for ice in the desert. The noise penetrates with doors closed, and disturbances occur both inside the hotel at night and on the beach, where music is played at high volume. Overall, the lack of sound management and disregard for guest comfort overshadow positive aspects of the stay.

I had already been there a few years ago but over time I found it definitely worse. Nice large rooms but poorly maintained. Terrible breakfast, only mini croissants that were empty or to be filled only with Nutella, only plain loose yogurt, a bit of recycled fruit salad, a bundt cake, and a thin tart. For savory options, 2 slices of ham and two of cheese; on the other hand, there was nduja, which goes very well with breakfast. I stayed for dinner only once, dinner was also terrible, worst 80s style. The beach service was also lacking, lifeguard at a fixed station at the bar instead of on the shoreline. You find the sunbeds in the morning exactly as you left them the night before. Absolutely nowhere near being a 4-star hotel (it's only a 4-star hotel because of the price), it was at most a 2-star.

Excellent service and excellent dishes with very honest prices. Excellent value for money that I highly recommend to everyone....
