A relative of mine stayed at this property, room on the 2nd floor, he was out on the small balcony and as he went to bend down and pick up some clothes that had fallen on the floor (because he was hanging out the laundry) he leaned against the railing and the railing of the small balcony came down. Now I would like to say in the case of this guy he was a miracle to have fallen, but what if it had been a child? Or would they have gone straight onto the asphalt? A tragedy narrowly avoided. Crazy stuff.

What a pleasant surprise this village is! I feel the duty and pleasure to start right from the reception: Upon arrival resign yourselves to a long line, but it's okay, there are many vacationers and the village is huge. I was saying 'the reception': Except for the check-in, you will have the pleasure of meeting the ladies who work there; Francesca "the BOSS", friendly, professional, nice and helpful; Maria "the LEAST YOUNG", unquestionably super; Letizia "SWEETEST in appearance and manners; finally but not least there is Alessia "the LIVELY ONE" to whom I say and reiterate (Maria is only the least young!) 😂. We took a residence for two people, clean (thanks to the very good cleaning ladies), right spaces, with what is needed to make the vacation comfortable, very comfortable and everything working perfectly. The paths that lead to the beach are not too long to get to the beach and in our opinion it is also a pleasant walk. The beaches, two (Energy and relax) beautiful, large with all the necessary services and a wonderful sea. Oops, Giuseppe the lifeguard, kind, helpful and rightly gruff (with those who need it). The right entertainment! Great, nice everyone and not too intrusive, thanks for the cheerfulness and the entertainment. Nothing is missing in the village from the market to the pizzeria. Wellness center etc. We can't wait to go back. Thanks again to everyone.

A nightmare check-in. They deceive customers by writing on the website \"check-in starting from 12:00 PM,\" but then they give you the room 4/5 hours later. There were about 150 of us, all deceived and all waiting until the afternoon. I arrived at 12:00 PM and they gave me the room at 4:45 PM (with 2 small children). We stayed at the Oleandri: courtyards perpetually dirty, shower hose that did not work (fixed the next day, okay), water heater not working. There were 4 of us and the 4th person was destined to take a super cold shower for the whole week (we made 3 reports, but they were largely ignored). Mosquitoes attacked as soon as you stepped out onto the small terrace. The room is okay considering it is a 3-star hotel. At the pool: bird droppings on the solarium and even worse in the bathrooms. If you arrived at the pool after 5:00 PM, you were destined to stay in the water the whole time because there were not enough lounge chairs for the users who usually frequent the pool in the afternoon...shameful! Many guests, annoyed by the many service failures, would argue with the staff at the first opportunity, whoever they were. A resort that looks like a desolate wasteland, nothing beautiful, immense abandoned lands, some with dilapidated structures in the middle. It is not worth spending money there.
