We stayed at the Grand Hotel Victoria and the experience was impeccable in every aspect. The real strong point of the property is undoubtedly the kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff, especially Rosario, who made himself loved by our children: we felt welcomed and pampered from the first to the last moment with professionalism and a sincere smile. The room offered a truly breathtaking panoramic view: waking up to that view and enjoying the sunset directly from the room is worth the entire stay on its own. Well-kept environments, excellent cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Excellent experience! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff is kind and the service is truly efficient. The breakfast is also varied and of good quality. Very pleasant stay, hotel absolutely recommended! 80s style hotel.

Seeing a 4-star rating, I would have expected more from the room accommodations in general, the services offered, and how the hotel looks across the various floors as a whole. The dining room has many flaws in its service; the staff often seem annoyed and don't give any idea of what hospitality means. It's a shame about the location where it's situated because it should be much more welcoming in every respect. Another significant issue, very inconvenient for loading and unloading luggage from one's car.
