We spent two fantastic weeks. The structure is a bit dated but well-maintained, and the services are excellent, but what makes this place truly special is the incredible warmth of the people who work here. Endless praise goes to all the restaurant staff, especially Bessy, Manuel, Manuela, Julieta, Alma, and Eliana. We rarely found such a perfect combination of professionalism, kindness, and availability. From the very first day, we felt pampered: every request, even the smallest, was met with a sincere smile and surprising speed. The waiters and the dining room managers are tireless and manage everything with a grace and cheerfulness that immediately puts you in a good mood. It is clear that there is a great passion behind their work. The cleanliness of the tables, attention to detail, and constant care for the guests made every meal a moment of pure relaxation and pleasure. The buffet of vegetables cooked in various ways and salads was excellent. There was always the option to choose between first and second courses of meat or fish. The desserts were excellent both during meals and for breakfast.

Worst hotel in Italy; there has been no internet for a week due to alleged server problems. The food could be from a two-star hotel in Greece. The rolls are inedible; salami and cooked ham are from the packaging. Lunch is not worth mentioning. The only good thing about dinner is the pasta. The staff is friendly.

What can I say, tomorrow morning we leave, 10 days have flown by, we had a wonderful time, the staff, everyone, kind and polite, the food abundant and excellent, cleanliness always well maintained, the rooms a bit dated but always clean, the animation serious and professional from start to finish, especially great with the musical, a step up for Matteo Colucci, his comedy always surprises, in the facility you can find everything, there is no need to go outside, well done, well done everyone, and then the sea, a spectacle.
