Uliveto Principessa Park Hotel

We booked full board for two adults and two children at a cost of 355 euros excluding drinks and sun loungers with umbrellas...lunch by the pool and dinner in the evening with a trattoria-style menu..on the phone they had guaranteed that there would be inflatables for the children and entertainment by the pool for the adults, instead, inflatables out of order and no entertainment..the bathroom in the room had maintenance problems..in conclusion, the price-quality ratio is not adequate

Terrible experience. After regularly paying for pool admission, we noted an absolute lack of available spots in any area due to severe overcrowding; the only free area was infested with insects. The staff was unable to find us suitable accommodations, despite the presence of over ten closed umbrellas. We were told they were 'reserved,' although there was no sign or signal to indicate it. Forced to leave given the impossibility of using the service, the facility still refused to refund us, keeping the entire amount paid. Totally unfair management and lack of respect for the customer. I would add that payment was made without receiving any receipt.

The great potential of the place is not being utilized. Wi-Fi available but not working. Bathroom accessories: the bare minimum. Breakfast nothing special. I expected more.
