Centrally located right on the town square with a nice view over the city. Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to expectations in several important areas. The bed was extremely hard, and when I asked if it was possible to add a softer mattress topper or something similar, I was simply told, “we don’t use those.” That response felt very dismissive of guests’ comfort, and I doubt we are the only customers who have struggled to sleep because of the rock-hard mattress. The bathroom also feels very outdated. The mint-green paint on the walls looks more like a quick cover-up than a thoughtful renovation, giving the place a rather cheap impression. At around €200 per night, you expect a significantly higher standard in terms of comfort, maintenance, and service. During our two-week trip through Italy, this was unfortunately the first place where we experienced a genuinely arrogant and uninterested attitude toward guests.

A brilliant location with large room with beautiful views.Rooms have large balcony doors.very easy to find. Breakfast is good but very “Italian”service.The only problem was a very very small shower and bathroom was old.
