BEST WESTERN Hotel Syrene

We stayed at Hotel Syrene for a week. The hotel had great staff throughout, from reception, cleaning and certainly the restaurant/pool area. The restaurant serves delicious food from a very good menu during the afternoon , which we enjoyed under the lovely shade of the lemon trees. Sadly the restaurant is closed during the evenings. The pool and surrounding area is great, lovely temperature and always space regardless of the time of day you want to relax on a lounger. The room was very clean and had all we needed, the only slight concern was that the bathroom needed updating. Very modern hotel in a magnificent position, we would definitely like to return.

Excellent accommodation! Our stay at Hotel Syrene was excellent. Everything was impeccable, from check-in to check-out.Cordial service, very comfortable room and always clean and well cared environments. The location is great and the entire staff contributed to making our experience in Capri even more special. We calmly recommend and hope to come back at a next opportunity. Beautiful hotel newly renovated room. Air conditioning is not working properly. It was 23.5 degrees despite our requests to fix it. They told us it was good enough for them and offered me a fan. Paying over $1000 a night here and a fan to try to cool our room is not enough. This is our 4th hotel this trip in Italy. All of them have been great service, welcoming, had a room ready early, great concierge and provided info on the hotel except this one. This one is the most expensive and a disappointment so far. A shame for such a beautiful and centrally located hotel.
