I have been going to Capri for years; this was my first time at this hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the reviews that speak of kindness. In Capri, I have always found welcoming and very kind staff. I arrived early for check-in; the room was ready, but I was not given the keys. I left my bag (and I found it later) at the reception in the evening. What else would be missing!) I was given the key and directed to the floor. Spacious and clean room, but frankly, the sink had a semi-blocked drain and the shower was not up to the level of a 4-star hotel in Capri.
The breakfast staff was very kind. I will return to Capri, but not to the White Cat.
