Hotel Belvedere & Tre Re

Everything was excellent!! First of all, Francesco's attention, from the first moment, during the booking and before check-in, he was always attentive to my questions!!! Of course, upon arrival he assisted us and welcomed us, explaining everything concerning the apartment. The apartment, as shown in the photos, has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large, comfortable living-dining-kitchen area. Right there it has a sofa that turns into a bed, very comfortable! It has all the implements for cooking. Large refrigerator. All rooms have air conditioning. The living room also has another half bathroom that even has a shower! It is at street level, the main windows face the street. They are very good and you cannot hear the noise. It is across the street from the best beach in the center of Capri. They left us a coffee maker, coffee, sugar, a tray of food for breakfast, and water in the fridge, all complimentary, which is greatly appreciated. It also has a very nice terrace that is shared with other apartments, with spectacular views!!!!! Everything was excellent, Francesco, the location, the comfort, the amenities, everything! Location is ok as just off the marina but the best restaurant, walk and calm is in Capri itself. This hotel reception is in the side in what seems to have been the garage, no English speaking at reception (not an issue). Enter the hotel by a side door (not the reception picture on website) dark corridor, funny smell of old building Bedroom is in its own juice of 1970, very dirty bathroom( electric cables falling off black dirt on tiles hair dryer from the 60's maybe) bed linen is appealing and towels smells musty. The view is good but on a busy road so expect traffic and noise. We stayed the time to wonder around, packed bags and went to stay in Capri in far better hotel. We could not see anybody to complain so we left! Horrible place!!!

Great Location - Nice Staff - Great Service. Only downside is lack of pool & gym, however, the beach - marina (restaurants + shops + boat rides) and train up to capri town only 2 min walk from the hotel. Perfect to avoid taxi / transfer.
