San Felice

We had already stayed in this hotel about 7 years ago and we returned pq the location is excellent and at that time the service and hotel conditions were very good, but they stopped in time the hotel needs a major renovation. It's outdated. The service is also below what is expected from Capri. Breakfast is painful, as neither the table they arrange right. Ordering a fried egg is a big challenge. If they do not fully retrofit it is not worth staying there, paying a daily much higher than they offer. The arrangement of the room is very bad - in the drawer of the desk there were utensils of the other guest including stitched eyelids, cotton and even intimate absorbent (???). The only positive point is the location and only.

We were in this hotel for 3 years. It was so much better. The facilities are old, cracked walls, old furniture, bathroom box very tight and small. Very poor breakfast. Reception staff ok. Unfortunately I do not recommend. A shame. The place is very good, that's what saved.

I stayed with my husband and daughter at this property about a week ago and it was a bad experience. We stayed in a first room on a subordinate floor and found a dirty, damp room, a very dirty old bathroom, a shower full of limestone and rust, worn and dirty soap dispensers, handprints on the doors, in short, a real nightmare. We asked to change rooms and we were granted the request , they moved us , while we were outside , to a room on the first floor (hotel by the way without elevator not specified on the site) so a room that we had not even seen and the surprise was to find a room even worse than the previous one, television half detached from the wall, a window with a sign please do not open , a bathroom with rust leaks everywhere. That's creepy. A ruined vacation. And the thing that makes it even more angry is that all this happened in a hotel declared a 4-star and also quite expensive. Breakfast non-existent, poor products, coffee only in the automatic vending machine, dirty tablecloths. In short, absolutely not recommended. It needs to be completely renovated.
