I’ve just returned from 4 nights in this gorgeous hotel and absolutely loved it. We booked a superior sea view room but when we checked in we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite which was very large plus it had a huge terrace with pool and sea views. It was equipped with a table and chairs plus sunloungers - so lovely to relax on after a busy day on the beach. The location is very good too. Actually on Maronti Beach with its own section of complimentary sunloungers and parasols plus there are several beach bars and restaurants within a few steps of the hotel. Just a few meters away is where the water taxi picks up and drops off passengers from the beach and for €5 you can go to the lovely harbour village of Sant Angelo where there are boutiquey type shops and bars and restaurants around the pretty harbour. The staff in the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and surprisingly for a good quality hotel the bar prices were very reasonable. On arrival we had a complimentary mud facial in the spa which was a great way to start our holiday. Overall I would highly recommend this fabulous hotel on the beautiful island of Ischia

Excellent property for location and services, but the strong point is the extreme courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff: those at the reception, in the restaurant dining room, on the beach, and in the wellness area. Truly skilled and courteous.

I took a "city getaway" of only 3 days, eager for peace and well-being, and the Parco Smeraldo Terme far exceeded my expectations: literally a stone's throw from the magnificent Maronti beach, with private access; an outdoor pool nestled in a beautiful garden; impeccable services, starting with the restaurant, with a very varied buffet offer for both breakfast and dinner and 10/10 cuisine; above all, a beautiful and very elegant spa with two thermal water pools, a Kneipp path, and emotional showers, where it is possible to take advantage of various treatments with highly qualified staff (the thermal mud mask, offered as a gift upon my arrival, and the Ayurveda massage were fantastic). I was pleasantly impressed by the seriousness and competence with which the spa is managed, and my special thanks go to Giacomo, for his professionalism and his valuable advice, and to Manuela and Lucia, equally professional and very sweet. In general, I was struck by the politeness and availability of all the staff, from the receptionists to the waiters, and I want to thank Raul and Nicolas in particular, who were always welcoming and ready to satisfy customer requests with a smile. I will allow myself one single criticism regarding the room decor, which I found a bit too dated… but I believe this is a fairly widespread problem in Ischia. For the rest, if you want to give yourself a gift… go to the Parco Smeraldo Terme!
