Hotel Baia Delle Sirene

We stayed for a week at this property, 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms were okay and quite spacious, although the shower didn't drain at all. It was clearly clogged. Food at meals was passable, nothing exceptional. The breakfast coffee was a terrible thing because it was from the dining room dispenser. Truly undrinkable. There was no cocoa powder, a tragedy for the children. The pool was very pleasant, with hydromassage. The entertainment was the biggest flaw; everyone at the property was complaining about it. If a service is advertised and especially paid for, it must be provided!!! There were 4 guys who openly said they were tired at the end of the season. We'll just save the Sicilian girl. Water aerobics in the pool done only one day. Afternoon entertainment for children skipped on several occasions. Evening shows on the verge of "if I really have to." Little involvement. Failed, I'm sorry. If you don't feel like it, end your contracts early. Returning to the facility, to use the bar you need a card that costs 2 euros and must be topped up. There is a foosball table (for a fee), ping pong, and a pool table (for a fee) that is practically half-destroyed with a torn felt. It would be ideal at least not to charge for it. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Daily towel change. Beautiful view of the sea. Sandy beach and clear sea. Let's say that if it were taken care of, it could yield much more. Check-in at 4 PM, there is no way to get in earlier... We arrived at 1 PM and spent 3 hours in the lobby.... Dead tired.

I was at this property for the first time this year, discovered via social media and immediately caught my eye for its proximity to the sea, we stayed from September 13 to 20, I must say that the cuisine is 10 out of 10, a young chef who is very well prepared across the board with surf and turf and a good selection of dishes, clean and welcoming property, a pity only for the somewhat poor wifi which definitely needs to be improved, equipped beach, clean and with the captain (Gioacchino) supervisor/lifeguard, an exceptional person, the only flaw found was the entertainment group, fantastic guys all of them but qualitatively poor entertainment compared to facilities with Style Animation or Futura entertainment, for the rest I think that next year I will be a customer of the same place again. 😊
