Unfortunately, the expectations were not up to the information on the site and in the email received at the time of booking (large garden and laundry service). The cuisine is absolutely insufficient for a 4-star hotel (little choice, repetitive dishes, only watermelon as fruit for 10 days, and above all the impossibility of being able to vary the menu even with simple or basic dishes). The rooms, although renovated, had shortcomings (lights and outlets not working). A positive side was the staff who were kind and empathetic.

I stayed at this property for a weekend of total relaxation and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff proved to be extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every little detail. Check-in was quick and accompanied by a warm welcome. The pool is the true highlight of the hotel. Perfect water temperature, comfortable lounge chairs, and an atmosphere of absolute quiet. The bar service is truly excellent and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of fresh products, artisanal pastries, and freshly prepared savory options. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also an excellent gastronomic experience. An oasis of peace and refinement. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly great stay. I will definitely be back!!

Simply spectacular, in this hotel you feel like family! Let's start with the welcome from Sabatino and Rosa, two very professional and helpful people! The rooms are modern and equipped with every comfort, and thanks to the exceptional Patrizia and Tina, they are always clean and fragrant... But now let's move on to the highlight of the property... I dare call her the diamond of Hotel Venere, the FANTASTIC Mariarosaria! My friends, you cannot imagine how she cooks! A show these days, savoring their dishes I rediscovered the true flavors of southern Italian cuisine...those flavors that make your taste buds celebrate! oh, and I also wanted to praise the presence of the pool, simply fabulous...if you perhaps don't want to go to the beach, you can just sit there by the pool and have a wonderful time because even there you are pampered with the presence of the bar where you can enjoy delicious cocktails! In short, if you want to spend a vacation in total relaxation, Hotel Venere is the right place!
