La Locanda Del Mare

I stayed at Locanda del Mare Paestum on the advice of a friend I must say an oasis of peace and tranquility, this is the place for everyone. The structure is pleasant and well-kept, perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday. The beach, clean and well maintained, is ideal for enjoying the sea in total serenity. What made our experience truly unforgettable was the staff, of a unique kindness and helpfulness. The owner, Francesca, together with Loretta and Gerardina, welcomed us making us feel immediately at home, like family. From breakfast, rich and delicious, to lunch, every moment was a real pleasure. I recommend the Locanda di Mare Paestum to anyone who wants to live an authentic and relaxing experience.

Not bad structure, surrounded by greenery, and close to the sea with discreet and clean rooms (but that need to be renovated, seriously). Very informal and fun Service (sober clothing, but not from hospitality / hotel); in fact, in the morning to the sound of music and extemporaneous ballets is carried out the Breakfast Service. Waitress even, as many as four in the morning, who enjoy working and serving customers (even perched on the counter with a cell in hand or intent on breakfast - a management / Service say alternative), as well as smoking sitting between us on a table during Service. Lunch Service a little more sober, but with only 2 employees (L.&G.) less alive, but with a cell always ready, with which to interact. Very good and well-elaborated cuisine, cook a little gruff but in black uniform (perhaps the only one in the structure, to have one), capable and attentive to various needs; quality and fresh dishes. Holiday now gone and gone. Good work, improved Welcoming, Service and Friendliness; take an example from Francesca present in the afternoon, always kind and helpful.

The rooms do not have good cleaning. Toilet flush button attached with tape. Half-broken shower. Exorbitant price. The beach was always flooded with algae.
