My husband received a wellness package as a gift for his fiftieth birthday (August 1, 2025), with a six-month expiration (February 2026). Unfortunately, following a renovation we did at home, we had lost this box. After various searches, we managed to find it again and we went to the reception to explain what happened and to ask if it was possible to be able to use it. At the reception we were told categorically that the box could no longer be used, without explaining the reason to us but telling us that the expiration date was indicated on the voucher (as if we didn't know) and that the management had decided so. I cannot imagine a valid reason for which we were not given this possibility and, in any case, whoever gave the gift to my husband spent money for a service that no one ever used and this is not fair. I would have expected more availability, honestly, or at least an explanation that made sense and not: "the management decided so". In the past, we have been to the SPA a few times and we have always had a good time but, in this case, they messed up.

Hotel and pool seemed lovely on arrival . €15 for a bed at the pool. Receptionist Peter was very welcoming and I would highly rate him for explaining everything . They don’t allow any snacks or own drinks which I totally agree with but then don’t have anything but crisps till 12.30 . So be aware of this if coming with children. Unfortunately the staff at the pool bar where too wrapped up in themselves , on several occasions i got ignored whilst waiting to be served at bar even though there was staff behind it and no other guests. Which resulted in us leaving the hotel for lunch and drinks. Such ashame I would have come back if this hadn’t been the case so rude , specially unknown to them I speak perfect Italian . This is just a reflection on pool day not the hotel as a whole . Good music all day was a plus.

I have stayed several times in this pleasant hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, attentive to details. There is a secure outdoor parking for those like me who travel for work with a large van, a great plus. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very well stocked. During this stay, I was able to enjoy an hour of relaxation in the outdoor park by the pool, everything was very nice!
