BEST WESTERN GOLD HOTEL

For 50EUR by the motorway one cannot expect miracle but this one is really terrible. Run down building, lousy internet, air con leaking water on the walls. I thought we could at least use the pool to relax after a long ride, but it's a bordello-looking spa and they charge 20EUR per pax. It's supposed to be a 4* Best western... I wonder how that can be possible. Only positive thing: it was fairly clean. Cheers to the staff for maintening that dreadful place, must be really depressing.

Assolutamente da chiudere. Servizio scadentissimo e lo staff e organizzazione della SPA da incubo. Mancavano persino gli asciugamani....NO WAY TO CHOOSE SUCH A HOTEL EVEN FOR A DAY! FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE SERVICE ALL IS UNACCEPTABLE. SPA? IT'S NOT.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I have just conpleted a weeks tour in Italy and this was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Rooms tatty and dirty, flooring broken, stains in walls, grafiti on door, toilet seat broken, 26 degrees in room and air con turned off remotely, bed was not comfortable very cheap thin matress, no pillow or matress covers - both were dirty! House keeping terrible, hairs in shower, on bed, on floor, empty soap packets from previous guests left in bathroom, shower really very dirty, old soap stains never cleaned off, water very hot then very cold which was not good to shower in. If I had paid for this hotel myself, I would be asking for a refund! See the photos for yourself.
