Wonderful experience, the structure has a truly impactful lobby, welcoming, clean, and fragrant. It has a nice outdoor pool, convenient for relaxing. Kind and professional staff. I highly recommend it. I would gladly return both for the convenience near the highway and to visit the wonderful Royal Palace of Caserta, as there is a bus stop nearby. The room needs to be updated as it is a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which shows obvious signs of wear. A small misunderstanding is that we were charged on the final bill for a cost we did not incur for using the room's minibar; in fact, after pointing it out, it was refunded to us. A small mistake that can happen to anyone.

I have been at this hotel few times now and every time the atmosphere one breathe when entering its grandiose salon never stops to amaze me. It' like to take a step in the past but the hotel keeps up with the modern days with ease. The rooms are excellent, large and full of the comforts one may need. The cleanliness is excellent and the rooms are serviced everyday (unless the "DO NOT DISTURB" card is used. The rooms are well insulated and there are no noises coming from the outside. The location is closed to the city centre, train station and the Caserta Palace so if been closed to those places is a must I highly recommend this hotel. And if I haven't convinced you the value for money is excellent. No many 5* hotel can offer what Vanvitelli can at those rates... PS I did not try the SPA but I have been told it is top notch ;)

The restaurant also won us over: we dined divinely, with dishes from the local tradition and international recipes prepared with quality ingredients, all accompanied by the professionalism of a maitre with an old-world charm. Breakfast, served in the same elegant hall, is abundant and varied, with a selection of sweet and savory items, fresh products, and local pastries that made the start of the day a true pleasure. Inside the hotel, there is another gem: the Spa. Although not very large, the wellness area is well-maintained and relaxing; the path we took rejuvenated us, and the staff contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. The common thread of our review is therefore evident: the hotel has numerous merits, but special praise goes to the staff of the Grand Hotel Vanvitelli. Every staff member — from the reception to the bar, from the restaurant to the spa — stood out for their efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. They made us feel truly welcome, ready to meet every request with a smile. Such attentive and genuine services are rare. The location is also convenient: just a few minutes from the highway exit, making it an excellent base for visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta and for traveling to Naples or the Amalfi Coast. To complete the picture, there is a convenient parking lot right in front of the entrance. In summary, the Grand Hotel Vanvitelli is much more than just a hotel: it is an experience of luxury, relaxation, and hospitality that we recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Campania. We will definitely return!
