Hotel Meeting

We were here for a stopover a few nights ago, and in the end we noticed that there was a dead cockroach in the sheets; we showed the photo to the receptionist who replied "it can happen"—no dear, IT MUST NOT HAPPEN. Never again.

Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard of a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star property. I stayed for two nights, paying €179 for a single-use room. I believe the price was definitely high compared to the services offered. After also comparing notes with a local person, I was told that the rate charged was well above the average normally requested for similar properties in the area. In light of the experience I had, I consider the price-quality ratio absolutely unsatisfactory. During my stay, I encountered several problems that caused me significant inconvenience. The first is the absence of a refrigerator or even just a minibar in the room. Considering the summer temperatures, which reached about 40 °C during my stay, this is a truly significant shortcoming. I needed to keep medicines, food, and drinks cool, even during the night, and not being able to do so caused me significant inconvenience. The second problem concerns the absence of shutters, blinds, or any other blackout system. The room was equipped only with a very thin curtain that let the sunlight filter through almost completely. Consequently, I was unable to rest properly, and my sleep was compromised every morning. The room lighting was also decidedly insufficient. There was no real chandelier in the sleeping area, but only a few lights, which were completely inadequate for properly illuminating the room. I would also like to report an incident that I consider particularly serious in terms of safety. Upon my return to the hotel at dawn, after an evening spent out, the entrance gate was closed and the external doorbell did not seem to work. My friends who had accompanied me back and I rang repeatedly for about ten minutes without receiving any response. I had to search the Internet for a hotel phone number to manage to contact someone and finally get them to open up for me. I believe that an accommodation facility must guarantee guests an access and assistance system that is always functional, especially during nighttime hours, also in consideration of any emergency situations. To all this is added the fact that I found stains on the sheets. I will attach photographs of both the stained sheets and the curtains, which clearly demonstrate how little they blocked the sunlight and the absence of any effective blackout system. For all these reasons, I believe that this property does not live up to its 4-star rating. The numerous shortcomings encountered significantly affected the quality of my stay and prevent me from recommending it, especially considering the price paid.

If there was a chance to give -1 I would. Check in at 14:45 we settle in the room, fill the hot tub we operate it once inside we hear a strange noise .. After a while the room floods completely!! Water everywhere! Wires of the current that passed on the floor we immediately call the reception tell us that they can not intervene because it is us inside. Well nn no problem we take our things and go down to reception. Surprise we have to pay the full price 100€ for not even using 1 hour of the room. Total disgust!! Never again. You just have to close.
