We just returned after spending 4 days in this residence and we were truly amazed. We spent a wonderful vacation and our room was just as wonderful: the service was impeccable, the room was very large and comfortable, but the thing that struck us the most was the view from the balcony and the terrace. Luigi and Renato are two very kind and always helpful people, ready in case of need. This made our vacation literally fantastic!

False advertising — No working AC and no Wi-Fi— The listing clearly advertised both air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Neither was provided. In the middle of August on the Amalfi Coast, functioning AC is not a luxury — it is a basic necessity. Temperatures were near 100°F / 38°C. The unit in the room never cooled below 27.6°C (81.7°F). I have attached a photo of the thermostat showing this reading; that was the coldest the room got. My wife was overheating and uncomfortable the entire time. There was also zero internet service, despite Wi-Fi being listed as available. When I raised these issues with the owner, Luigi, his response was that because I am “American,” I have different expectations. My only expectation was that the property matched what was advertised and what we paid for. We left after the first night even though we had paid for three.

The welcome, kindness and hospitality of Mr Luigi and Renato were a plus and a pampering... the true added value of this stay, which already has an honorable and excellent structure. The location proved to be strategic between Amalfi and Positano, the room is spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a small space with fridge and kettle and everything needed for small needs. I also found it to be one of the most powerful hairdryers ever. In short, impeccable cleanliness, highly recommended!
