We only have compliments! First the view is amazing! Our room had sea views, a super nice balcony. The room is huge and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast is a delight, super fat! The location is the best, very close to the metro and bus station, we had no problem in us locomover. Besides that the necessary walks were made very pleasant by the charm of the city. The cleaning is a thousand. Even the person in charge of the cleaning, which unfortunately I do not remember the name, is of an impeccable sympathy and honesty. Antonio, from the reception deserves all the compliments! Caring, welcoming, patient, resolute! Valeria welcomed us very well! The blonde girl who stayed at breakfast was very nice. And everyone who was there; always friendly, patient and helping us in everything that was necessary. I suffered to come away, haha. I'd come back a thousand times! Our eternal gratitude. We chose to stay at this hotel, which is located about 10 minutes by train (two stops) from Piano di Sorrento train station, and approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated right by the sea, high up on a cliff, offering panoramic views. It’s also close to the harbor where boats depart for Capri and other destinations. The staff was helpful in booking a ferry to Capri for us and provided great information about things to do in the area. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and had friendly and service-minded staff. Breakfast was good, and they offered gluten-free options. The view from the breakfast area was phenomenal. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a garden view to a sea view, which we truly appreciated. For us, the beds were a bit firm, but the room we received was clean, fresh, smelled nice, and felt modern. We highly recommend staying here, as we were very pleased with our stay. Best regards, Mikaela and Thomas

Very clean hotel, warm welcome, nice room, hearty lunch, full staff is very friendly. Spacious room with sea views, mattresses deserve to be replaced. The pizzas below the hotel are excellent and hearty. Don't forget to book. Nice stay.
