We had a great autumn vacation in Forio, with La Rotonda sul Mare as a base. There are two factors that make this place stand out: The hotel is right by the sea, with the possibility of swimming. Also several beaches right nearby. At the same time, there is a walking distance to Forio center, without steep hills. But the nicest thing was the hospitality of Amerigo and all the staff. It felt almost like staying with friends, and they helped us with transport to/from the ferry and booking a fantastic private boat trip. Cozy breakfasts by the sea, where you can order what you want. The facilities and rooms are of a somewhat older standard and a bit worn, but we thought the plus factors and the price offered very good value. Thanks to us! Will gladly come back!

Our fourth stay at La Rotonda Sul Mare was absolutely top-notch. The place is highly recommended. The location, the food, and not least the great atmosphere with top service, we cannot praise enough. Will probably come back next year. Mette and Leif

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully situated. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their level of service is truly outstanding; they go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great way to start each day. A special mention must go to their white wine—it is produced at the owners' own vineyard and is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
