Best hotel on the island They provide a great experience fromm start to finish

The establishment is very outdated and poorly maintained. This would be the minimum if the services offered were excellent; instead, there is something that needs enhancement: the bathrooms are small, and in our room, the shower flooded the entire bathroom. The TV in the room is tiny, and there is no window that can be opened (only a skylight). The breakfast is scarce and consists entirely of industrial products (the tart is served in the same container it comes in from the plastic bag). The juices are commercial ones served in Tetra Paks, just like the processed cheese slices and cheese spreads. There were not even utensils on the buffet table to serve the food. On a positive note, the presence of the affiliated beach and the beachfront location on the promenade of Lacco Ameno are commendable.

It was a perfect stay in every respect, which made our holiday truly unforgettable. The location is simply ideal, just a few steps from the beach and the main points of interest, allowing you to move comfortably on foot and fully enjoy the beauty of the place. The rooms are spacious, bright and, above all, spotless with a breathtaking view. The staff deserves a special mention. Mr. Franco and his staff was friendly, professional and always available to meet our every need. Their kindness and courtesy made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is the best with fantastic Ischian croissants to start the day with the right energy. Finally, the Beach Service is another notable strength. The area is well organized, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a day of total relaxation in the sun. In conclusion, this hotel is a jewel of hospitality. I can't wait to go back.
