My recent experience at this property was unfortunately extremely disappointing and far from the expectations created by the official descriptions and promotional images. From the moment of arrival I have found a number of critical issues that deserve to be reported in detail, so that other guests can be adequately informed. First of all, the Welcoming turned out to be cold and unprofessional: no attention to the customer, summary information and total lack of courtesy, an element that already compromises the first impact. But the real disappointment began when I could see the state of the structure. The building is decidedly dilapidated, with worn-out furnishings, neglected common areas and maintenance that seems to have been absent for some time. What is described as a “refined and comfortable” environment is actually a decadent context that conveys more sense of abandonment than relaxation. Breakfast, which is a fundamental moment for any stay, was simply non-existent: no buffet, no alternative, nor staff that could offer a minimal explanation or solution. This detail, serious in itself, testifies to a total lack of attention to the basic needs of guests. The pools, which were listed as one of the main strengths, were completely empty and unusable. There was no prior notice or explanation at the reception: an unjustified absence, betraying a serious lack of respect towards those who book trusting in the promised services. Even more serious was the fact that the Spa, another widely advertised Service, was simply non-existent. No thermal baths, no wellness programs, no dedicated facilities: this is obviously misleading information that should be corrected so as not to mislead future customers. In conclusion, my stay was characterized by inefficiencies, lack of professionalism and broken promises. I think it is only right to report this experience publicly in the hope that the management will take immediate action and that other guests can be made aware of the real situation. To date, I can only strongly advise against this structure to anyone looking for a nice, welcoming and matching the advertising descriptions.

We booked this hotel through Smartbox, with the addition of a small amount a few hundred euros, for mid-August 2025. Upon arrival the hotel sign was clearly visible from the main road, but once you entered the avenue there were no clear signs. In fact, we went all the way and, only going back and a bit by trial, we managed to find it. The first impact was not positive: the pools were out of use (in mid-August!), the structure appeared empty and deserted. At reception we checked in, but no one offered to help us bring suitcases and backpacks to the room. Nothing due, of course, but it would have been a courteous gesture. I had to walk back and forth for two floors without any support. The hotel is located in a beautiful location of Ischia and is an imposing structure, but unfortunately it is kept terrible. Even the tennis courts were unusable. In the room, as soon as we entered, a piece of the sliding door of the shower tray came off. The reception closes in the evening and there should be a night watchman, which we have never seen. If you need something, like a bottle of water, there is no chance of getting it: the minibar is completely empty. It's incredible that a 4-star hotel is reduced to this condition. In addition to indoor pools, the spa is also out of Service. It would be interesting to understand how a structure with similar potential could have decayed in this way: a real waste. Breakfast is disappointing: only croissants and a few single-portion tubs of various jams. The coffee bar machine is present only as furniture, not working (at least the coffee to us is you will be made with the classic electric machine in disposable glasses) On the way out, we saw two young tourists with rackets and balls in their hands, disconsolate in front of the impractical tennis court. They had probably booked trusting the photos on the official website, which makes no mention of the swimming pools, sports fields and spa being out of use. Moreover, on the website the telephone numbers listed are non-existent and refer directly to voicemail: absurd.

I've never seen such a big piece of shit. We had to move to another hotel. Dilapidated room, dirty .. if there were worse terms I would use them. NAS needs to be called. We'll press charges. Non-existent staff, dirty bed and not made, full of dust, dirty toilet... unimaginable
