One of my worst decision ever to come To this terrible hotel in ischia and what makes worse even is the staff absolutely useless. 0 help . Friday night the music from the restaurant it’s so loud that the doors from the balcony it’s shaking badly. Complaining to the registration nothing with a sarcastic smile thank you for letting us know . Almost 00:00 night the music still the same loud absolutely unbelievable. Having a child in this crazy noisy place it’s impossible. Rooms are very old I guess the feeling like all the rooms around are moving the furniture that noisy . Seriously avoid this hotel if You want piece and quite relaxing holiday.

The positive aspects Dining: The food is decent, both at breakfast and at dinner. Staff: The dining room staff is truly very friendly, nice, and helpful. What is wrong: Drinks are not included and even the water has a decidedly high cost. Air conditioning management (The serious problem): The property has a centralized air conditioning system that is completely out of control. The first night the temperature in the room was stuck at 17 degrees. Every attempt to raise it or turn it off from the thermostat was canceled shortly after by the central software, which restored the freezing cold. Result? I woke up with severe pain behind my eye, a sore throat, and an earache. The following day I immediately reported the matter to the front desk: they assured me that they had set manual control and that I would be able to turn it off freely. The second night, however, the exact same problem. I had to call the front desk multiple times in the middle of the night to have the system turned off remotely. Due to the severe discomfort caused by the forced cold, the next day I had to contact my primary care physician, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. I explain the gravity of the situation to the staff again, I am promised the technician's intervention, but on the third night the story repeats itself in exactly the same way. Another night awake and more calls to the front desk to have the preset 17°C turned off. Final verdict: Returning home from a vacation with compromised health and an antibiotic treatment to follow, after having spent almost 1,000 euros for only three days, is unacceptable for a property of this level. Disappointing assistance and total absence of problem resolution. Absolutely to be avoided!!

A simply perfect stay! The Hotel Durrueli made our experience in Ischia even more special. The location is ideal, a few steps from the center and the magnificent Aragonese Castle, but what really makes the difference is the welcome: the entire staff was extraordinary, always kind, professional, and attentive to every need. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean, the breakfast is rich and of excellent quality, while the spa and the pool are the perfect place to indulge in a few moments of relaxation. We felt pampered from beginning to end. We will definitely return and we recommend it without any doubt to anyone who wants to experience the best of Ischia. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for having contributed to giving us an unforgettable stay!
