Situated at the entrance of a village, the hotel has rooms overlooking a high-traffic road on one side and cows farms on the other. The distance to the public beach, full of rubbish and glass fragments, is 1.2 km. In the neighborhood there is a village shop, a rotisserie and two pizzerias. Public transport is made by buses that do not run on Wednesdays and Thursdays and the nearest train station is in a 12 km distant village. Breakfast is buffet and offers slices of: pressed ham, cheese and tomatoes, defrosted tarts and croissants and an insufficient number of boiled eggs. Dinner is made up of: Day 1 - first plate - pasta, the second plate - a pangasius file' and a small cubed potato (about 150 grams / portion) Day 2 - first plate - rice with vegetables, second plate - a sausage with small potato cubes baked in the oven, Day 3 - first plate pasta, second plate a chicken pulp with mushroom from cans; in the following days the menus are repeated. The tables are for 6 people and the desert that was offered at each table was composed of 6 different fruits (1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana, 2 plums and 1 peach) or a half small tiramisu / pers. The kitchen works as a canteen and it is not possible to receive another menu even for a fee.
