Our stay at Borgo Seghetti Panichi was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we received an exceptionally warm welcome, and throughout our stay every member of the team treated us with genuine kindness and hospitality. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. It is evident that the owners take great pride in preserving this unique estate, and their passion is reflected in every detail. The tasteful interior design perfectly complements the charm and character of the property, making the entire experience even more special. We would especially like to thank Tamara for her outstanding friendliness, attentiveness, and proactive support. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We were also impressed by the owners, who were always readily available and happy to assist with anything we needed. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Borgo Seghetti Panichi and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in a truly exceptional setting.

We stopped at this fantastic location for 4 nights on the way back from a vacation in Puglia. Not far from the sea and close to the beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno. Located on a hill just above the town of Castel di Lama, with a wonderful view of the typical hills of central Italy, this short vacation was truly "AMAZING" for us. The residence and the immense Baroque-style gardens give the feeling of living out of time..... in that historical period. Very clean apartments and rooms equipped with all comforts. The evenings eating or having a drink in the garden in front of the apartment or the afternoons in the beautiful pool just below the apartments were also lovely. Ms. Stefania, the owner of the property, is very kind and available to satisfy every need, as is her collaborator Ms. Tamara. Definitely a place to return to! Ravasi Canzio - Cermes, Prov. Bolzano

We stayed two days in this enchanted place but we would have liked to stay much more. We were greeted extraordinarily by Stefania who helped us plan our trip to the Marches with her sound advice (Thank you again for booking the Glass Museum in Pesaro which is fantastic). The place is beautiful while remaining intimate, the rooms are lovely, the park really superb (Thanks to Ben for such an interesting visit). We were divided between the desire to stay on site to enjoy this magical place and our charming hosts and the desire to discover the Marche: difficult choice, so we will come back!
